，依次为地理位置，房子大小，小区品质。</span></p><p><span style="color:#d99694;"></span></p><p><strong><span style="color:#366092;">①地理位置</span></strong><br /><span style="color:#d99694;">-因为双方父母都住卢湾区，考虑到LZ和LG可能在婚后的前几年工作日都要去父母家蹭饭，</span></p><p><span style="color:#d99694;"> 所以新房希望买在双方父母家走路能到的范围内。（LZ和LG家走路只有10-15分钟~）</span></p><p><span style="color:#d99694;"></span><span style="color:#d99694;">-希望新房出门5分钟内要有地铁、大型超市，还有。。。。夜宵！（为了生活更加便利嘛）</span></p><p><span style="color:#d99694;"></span></p><p><strong><span style="color:#17365d;"><span style="color:#1f497d;">②房屋面积</span></span></strong></p><p><span style="color:#d99694;">在卢湾区的房屋中介，动不动就上千万的豪宅，小两房还是100多平的。。。</span></p><p><span style="color:#d99694;">好吧。。。LZ的预算只能买75平左右的小小小两房~<img src="/public/js/ueditor/dialogs/emotion/images/old/044.gif" /></span></p><p><span style="color:#d99694;">但是卢湾区不是60平左右的老公房，就是100多平的千万豪宅，</span></p><p><span style="color:#d99694;">对于这一点，LZ和LG没有太大要求，唯一要求就是外观不能太旧，</span></p><p><span style="color:#d99694;"></span><span style="color:#d99694;">要2000年以后的商品房，而且要高层带电梯。（因为LZ是懒人嘛，有电梯，绝不走楼梯，懒死我吧。。。<img
